Title: Adoption by the Board of Education of a License Agreement between the District (Licensor) and Kingmakers of Oakland, Oakland, CA (Licensee), to the extent Licensor has any ownership interests in the Educational Materials, previously successfully created, used and implemented within the Oakland Unified School District, Oakland, CA, described in Attachment A, designed to advance African American male student achievement, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a nonexclusive, royalty-free, license to the Educational Materials, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, commencing on the Effective Date shall continue for five (5) years from the Effective Date and shall renew automatically unless either party objects in accordance with Section 4(b) of the License Agreement.
