Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Juan Quintana, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide daily support groups and individual assistances to "At Promise" students; continual contacts to parents of at promise students by phone or home visits; professional development (on-going) for the staff, in understanding the issues of K-5 at promise students and how these issues can be addressed during the school day; parent workshops in primary languages on how parents can improve students academic and social skills at Franklin Elementary School, for the period of August 5, 2020 through May 28, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $57,500.00.
