Title: Adoption by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, College and Career Access Pathways Act (CCAP) Agreement* - AB 288 - by and between the District and Peralta Community College District, for the latter to provide AB 288 pathway courses, as defined, to high school students of the District, is amended as specified in paragraphs 2 through 4 of the Amendment, providing for online/distance learning due to COVID-19 pandemic, naming Lucia Moritz as School District's Representative and providing for increases in State allocation for Dual Enrollment and all Special Populations as specified. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
