Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to issue additional stipends, drawn from these contract dollars, for District student interns enrolled in the pathway-based summer career preparation program, "ECCCO" (Exploring College, Career, and Community Options, via Linked Learning Department, in the additional amount of $75,970.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $200,000.00 to $275,970.00 and extending the term of June 1, 2020 through June 30, 2020 to August 7, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
