Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Seneca Family of Agencies, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide 250 hours of services at Community Day School … therapy to students and their family; teacher consultation around students' behavioral and mental health issues; implementation of positive behavior modification system; and attendance at school staff meetings, student conferences, and collaborative team meetings; services will continue through June to assist students coping with additional stress from Covid-19 such as isolation, economic instability, and health issues, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00 (no increase in cost) , extending term from August 19, 2019 through May 29, 2020 to June 30, 2020 and COVID Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
