Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide an employee to function as AAMA facilitator, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Fred T. Korematsu Discovery Academy, for the period of September 16, 2019 through May 28, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $6,414.42 and COVID Amendment.
