Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Dwana Timms, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 1123 additional hours of contracted services for the 2019-2020 school year including providing Youth Development Groups who will become Peer Educators that will implement their own classroom and assembly anti-Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs (ATOD) presentations; coach students to provide mentoring to younger students to stay drug free and get engaged at three (3) high school sites, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the term August 19, 2019 through May 29, 2020, in the additional amount of $39,325.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $6,400.00 to $45,725.00 and the COVID Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
