Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No.3, Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland CA, for the latter to provide special inspections and changes to Increments 3 and 4, which includes project management, client liaison work scheduling, quality review, and semi-monthly distribution of test data and daily field inspection reports, for the Fremont New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $376,016.00, which includes a $50,000.00 contingency, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $436,484.00 to $812,500.00, extending the term of the Agreement from February 28, 2018 through December 31, 2020 to February 28, 2021, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
