Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Playworks, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional hours of direct service program in four areas - Recess; Junior Coach Leadership Program; Class Game Time; and Interscholastic Leagues - and its Healthy School Partnership Program, as described in the original Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Community United Elementary School, for the period of August 12, 2019 through May 28, 2020, in the additional amount of $3,200.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $32,500.00 to 35,700.00 and COVID Amendment thereto. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
