Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Small Construction Contract with Krueger International, Inc., Green Bay, WI, for the latter to provide additional storage - purchased, delivery delay of furniture needed for site per A-202 First Floor and A-102 Second Floor Plan - due to construction delays and no work being performed under the original contract, in an additional amount of $21,370.29, for the Madison Park Academy Expansion Project, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $286,216.47 to $307,586.76, extending term of the Contract from October 11, 2018 through March 21, 2019 to December 31, 2020 and authorizing the President and Secretary the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Contractor. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
