Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Contract for Services (Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services) between District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, in conjunction with the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project, for the latter to continue to provide IOR Inspection Services, during installation of new windows, within the existing Contract term of May 27, 2015 through January 30, 2020, at an additional cost not to $62,140.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of Contract from $1,125,040.00 to $1,187,180.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
