Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Syntex Global, Inc., San Francisco , CA, for the latter to provide additional or supplemental translators in Arabic, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Cambodian, or other languages, as needed, if available, upon the District's request, when District's need exceeds capacity or availability of employee translators to provide translation services, and to provide technical support for interpreting and translating that is legally required for Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings via Special Education Department, for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 in an amount not to exceed $65,000.00.
