Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Linda Grundhoffer, Danville, CA, for the latter to provide support with the FY18/19 Unaudited Actuals, FY18/19 Audit, processing payroll and guiding the Accounting Staff in closing processes, coordinating closing tasks and assignments, preparing, reviewing, and approving closing entries and items, via Chief Systems and Services Officer, for the term August 1, 2019 through October 31, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $18,000.00.
