Asbestos building inspection services will be performed utilizing California Certified Asbestos Building Inspectors. Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement  for Professional Services Greater Than $92,600 between the District and Professional Service Industries, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide “a  comprehensive  asbestos building  inspection  in  accordance  with  Environmental  Protection  Agency's  (EPA's).
