Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and New Door Ventures, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to continue to provide assistance for students in job training, securing employment, through pre-employment training, job placement, case management, and work skill training services, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Dewey Academy, for an additional $10,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 and extending the Contract term from March 1, 2019 through May 31, 2019 to June 30, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
