Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and HERO, Oakland, CA, for the latter to develop and implement an organized set of activities, designed to support the improvement of students' behaviors, skills, attitudes towards learning and overall school climate including healthy decision making, community building/team building exercises, and structured yard activities to support student academic focus and social development, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Franklin Elementary School, for the period of April 2, 2019 through May 31, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $6,500.00.
