Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Camp Phoenix, Newark, CA, for the latter to provide six hours of daily summer academic support and enrichment to District students who are in need of summer services to counter summer learning loss and other services, stated in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Greenleaf Elementary School, for the period of July 1, 2019 through August 9, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $9,360.00.
