Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Always Be Learning, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide technology and services to 8 District schools, including Madison Park, McClymond's, Oakland High, Castlemont, Oakland Tech, Skyline, ECP/Alliance, and Fremont High School impacting 8,167 students, providing access to the ABL Master Scheduler platform, ongoing email support and online Help Desk for school staff as well as business hours phone support for District IT representatives, one-time set-up and onboarding and coaching for each school, in an additional amount not to exceed $19,292.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $23,727.00, to $43,019.00, and extending the Contract date of May 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019 to September 15, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
