Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and We Lead Ours, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide their own classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, train and lead peer educators to provide classroom and assembly anti-tobacco/marijuana presentations, Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs (ATOD) awareness sessions for students violating OUSD tobacco/drug free policies, cessation and strengths-based life skills and behavior coaching at 12 middle and high school sites in coordination with the site's COST and administrative team and school site staff, and abide by Behavioral Health policies and procedures, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 13, 2018 through March 15, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00. .
