Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment B, Destiny Resource Management Agreement Between District and Follett School Solutions, Inc., McHenry, IL, for the latter to provide annual licensing and maintenance services for the District's Destiny Library Manager for 59 locations, Destiny Textbook Manager for 15 locations, and Technical Support, for each, as delineated in said Amendment, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the term June 30, 2018 through June 30, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $34,513.28, via the Technology Services Department. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
