Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Contractor (Consultant) Agreement for Professional Services Greater than $90,200 between the District and Verde Design, Santa Clara, CA, for the latter to provide design for a new synthetic softball field, including fencing, chain link fence dugouts, new basketball courts, relocated play structure, volleyball court, playground striping, garden area, underground conduit design, in conjunction with the Emerson Elementary School Ball Field Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing June 7, 2018, and concluding no later than August 21, 2020, in an amount not-to-exceed $198,600.00.
