Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement Greater Than $87,700 between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional environmental consulting services, as needed, as described in Scope of Work, for the Foster Educational Leadership Complex Project, and extending Agreement term of August 10, 2016 through August 11, 2017 to October 1, 2019, in an additional amount of $35,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of Agreement from $120,736.00 to $155,736.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
