Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services* between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional inspection services based on the revised increment three construction schedule, in conjunction with the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project, extending Agreement term of May 27, 2015 through December 31, 2018 to January 30, 2020, for an additional $700,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $425,040.00 to $1,125,040.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
