Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between District and Hero, Inc., for the latter to provide an additional 766 hours of services to support the improvement of student behavior, skills, attitudes towards learning and overall school climate, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Sankofa Academy, in the additional amount of $22,980.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $6,000.00 to $28,980.00 and extending the term of the Contract from August 21, 2017 through October 31, 2017 to June 7, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect
