Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Excel Consulting Services, LLC, Richmond, CA, for the latter to provide customized executive coaching to Roma Groves-Waters in her role as Executive Principal of MLK & Lafayette Elementary Schools for 2017-2018, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Martin Luther King School, for the term August 22, 2017 through June 7, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
