Adoption by Board of Education of Resolution No. 1617-0056A - Standard Agreement - No. 30104, Amendment No. 1 - between District and California State Department of Rehabilitation, accepting from latter an additional $88,014.00, increasing amount from $511,870.00 to $599,844.00, in grant funding to provide case management, benefits counseling, parent education and advocacy training, career and work-based learning experiences to improve the education and employment outcomes for children and their parents, resident within the District, who are Social Security recipients, through Programs for Exceptional Children, and extending the term of Agreement from October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
