Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Agreement for Architectural Services between the District and CAW Architects, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional work to transition to a new contractor and then complete the remaining construction administration with a new contractor in two separate phases, as delineated in the Scope of Work for Phases I & II, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in conjunction with the Foster Central Kitchen ("Foster Center") Project, in an additional amount of $139,500.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $3,572,490.00 to $3,711,990.00 and extending term of Agreement from February 26, 2014 through June 26, 2018 to December 31, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
