Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Individual Service Agreement (ISA) to the Master Memorandum of Understanding (MMOU ) between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional services from its Menu Option A: Elementary School Lead Agency, for staff to provide physical fitness, enrichment, dance class, and academic support; duties for Community School Manager to coordinate, develop, and maintain partnerships with outside service providers, integrate various non-academic programs, develop parent leadership and parent education opportunities to enhance the current comprehensive after school program that serves approximately 160 students at Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School, for the period July 1, 2016 through August 18, 2017, in the amount of $44,288.28, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $168,234.00 to $212,522.28.
