Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide overall coordination of a program to support students enrolled in career pathways at Oakland Technical High School, as well as students who are not enrolled in pathways, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the term August 21, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $240,991.00.
