Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Fernando Cruz, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide socio-emotional support and assistance to students as needed in addition to restorative justice activities and conflict resolution interventions as needed; work closely with the Site administration, providers, and school staff to track participants progress; and keep accurate records of all student interactions and participate in staff meetings as requested within scheduled hours, at Dewey High School, for the period of January 3, 2017 through June 9, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $19,980.00.
