Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Moving Forward Education, Emeryville, CA, for the latter to provide Academic Mentorship support to students, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Sojourner Truth Independent Study Program and Rudsdale Academy, for the period of November 30, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $47,500.00.
