Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Lincoln Child Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide services as the Family Resource Center (FRC) Parent Partner, reporting to the FRC Coordinator, to serve as a communication link between the schools, the FRC and the parent community; perform clerical support duties; organize services and supports for parents and families at the FRC; and community contact work, including engaging in outreach, case management, resource and referral activities, provide assistance for onsite activities, assist FRC coordinator and schools' attendance team to support activities to improve school attendance, and related services, as described in the Scope of Work incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of October 3, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $8,660.00.
