Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and HERO, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a variety of counseling/mentoring services to target specific student needs; social skills five days a week; Young Hero leadership Program for upper grade students; professional development for staff as needed and appropriate and support at recess in the form of organized games and physical activities, at Horace Mann Elementary School, for the term August 22, 2016 through June 9, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $33,000.00.
