Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Destiny Arts Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 32 weeks of African Dance with accompanying drummer for K-5 students, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Community United Elementary School, for the term September 24, 2016 through June 1, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $14,500.00.
