Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Kevin Taylor, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 2 hours per week of service in the role of consultant, meeting regularly with the principal of Community Day School, to discuss continued improvement in community engagement, school culture, student and staff climate, student safety, and all functions pertaining execution of the school day; engage to continue the development of Professional Development Training for teachers and the Digital Pathway Program school-wide; attend community meetings and staff events at the request of the principal; be responsible for all duties as assigned by the Director of Alternative Education and Superintendent, at Community Day School, for the period of September 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $12,480.00.
