Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Teri Smith, Oakland, CA, for the latter to facilitate weekly individual and group supervision and clinical support to four counseling interns, who provide counseling services and case management to 30-40 students; attend COST meetings; provide communication to community schools manager, interns, school admin and teachers as needed and provide mental health professional development support as needed, at Oakland International High School, for the period of September 12, 2016 through June 24, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
