Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement for Preliminary Services (Pre-Construction Services) between District and McCarthy/Turner Group, a Joint Venture, for latter to provide pre-construction services for Phase 1 - Academic Buildings and Phase 2 - Gym / Field; includes attending design/pre-construction meetings as required, preparation of preliminary project schedule, constructability review of drawings and specifications, value analysis, preparation and coordination of project site logistics, estimating / budgeting, and subcontractor prequalification, bid process, and bid evaluation, in conjunction with the Fremont High School Replacement Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing November 10, 2016 and concluding no later than July 1, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $574,120.00.
