Ratification by the Board of Education of a Construction Work - CUPCCAA, Contract No. 13134, between the District and Rook Electric, Pittsburg, CA, for the latter to install CAT6 for WAPs in classrooms and Administration Offices, MPRs, Cafeteria, install 10G fiber backbone, install network equipment in three (3) IDFs, in conjunction with the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, with work to be completed within Fourteen days (14} consecutive calendar days ("Contract Time") from the date specified In the District's Notice to Proceed following Board of Education approval, in an amount not-to exceed $61,000.00.
