Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide project management, preparation of daily field reports, coordinate inspections and testing requests with PI, perform visual inspection during the installation of post-installed anchors/hangers wires, perform load testing of post-installed anchors/hanger wires (pull & torque testing), compilation, review and distribution of progress report every two week, prepare final affidavit at completion of project, in conjunction with the Webster & Lockwood Elementary Schools Restrooms Renovation Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, forth, commencing August 25, 2016 and concluding no later than December 31, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $5,624.00.
