Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Kyle McClerkins, Hayward, CA, for the latter to provide 480 hours of service as a Peer Restorative Justice Coordinator, the consultant will provide services at Voluntary Resolution Plan (VRP) cohort middle school under the direction of the Program Manager for Restorative Justice and in coordination with the site administrators; recruit, train and oversee a representative group of students reflective of the racial, ethnic, and academic diversity of the school and provide other services described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of August 25, 2014 through June 30, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $15,360.00.
