Approval by the Board of Education of Small Design Contract between District and Gelfand Partners Architectures, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to "provide design and construction documents for installation of two (2) leased classroom portables to be placed adjacent to the portables installed on the site in 2013. The trench and utilities serving the existing portables will be brought to the new portables. Any additional civil work such as grading or repaving beyond the necessary landings for the new ramps. Preapproved construction documents and site requirements will be provided by the District", in conjunction with the Whittier Elementary School Portable Installation Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing February 26, 2014 and concluding no later than November 1, 2014 in an amount not to exceed $33,000.00.
