Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Birdie Ford, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide supplemental instructional services for eligible and identified Title I private school students including 1) matching instruction to needs assessments, diagnosis data, state student performance standards and teacher observations of assessments; 2) provide direct instruction; work in collaboration with the site staff; 4) modify program services based on student needs; 5) inform Title I parents of the instructional program; 6) provide information to parents on ways to support the growth of their children; and 7) support reading incentive programs at the site, at Herbert Guice Christian Academy, for the period of October 15, 2012 through June 30, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $6,652.00.
