Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Children Rising, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide, both, its Math Clinic and its Reading Clinic, weekly, that has two 50- minute pull-out one-on-one tutoring sessions for students who have been identified by school staff as being significantly below grade level in the respective subject matter, at Martin Luther King Jr (Lafayette) Elementary School, for the period of December 8, 2022 through May 25, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $8,125.00.
