Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Jennifer Herriot-Hatfield, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide 167 hours of consulting services, exploring the possibility of building a Preliminary or Clear Administrative Services Credential Program (CASC or PASC), as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Talent / Human Resources Department, for the period of October 1, 2022 through February 1, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
