Adoption by the Board of Education of motion agreeing to hold a Special Meeting [prior to April 1] that will keep District compliant with Proposition 39 April 1 deadline, unless Yu Ming has agreed to a 30 days extension that will allow District to wait and see if the Alameda County Office of Education will reconsider and make a space offer to Yu Ming and if not that District staff at such Special Meeting will provide at least one option that does not include District welcoming schools.
