Adoption by the Board of Education of motion directing staff for Proposition 39 final offers to Yu Ming and East Bay Innovation Academy (EBIA) 1) to bring forward a final offer that does not include welcoming schools; 2) to seek a waiver from said schools of the deadline [April 1] to make a final officer and 3) to explore with each school an In Lieu Agreement in place of a final Proposition 39 offer.
