Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Destiny Arts Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide over 210 hours of Martial Arts and Creative Youth Development, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Manzanita Community Elementary School, for the period of October 17, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $24,000.00.
