Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Engineering Services by and between the District and AGS, Inc., San Francisco, Ca, for the latter to perform a geotechnical field study to explore and evaluate subsurface conditions and develop site-specific geotechnical conclusions including seismic design parameters in accordance with the latest adopted CBC, a corrosion evaluation, and detailed foundation design recommendations; and provide geo? technical plan review services, as described in Article 5 and Exhibit C of the Agreement, for the Melrose Leadership Academy Site Expansion Project, in the amount of $151,690.00, which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $137,900.00 for Basic Services, and a not-to-exceed amount of $13,790.00 for additional services, with work scheduled to commence on September 15, 2022, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2023.
