Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and WestEd, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to advise on short-term LEA and SMAA billing program deadlines including assisting with time survey participant list development, SMAA invoice competition, and working with fiscal staff to complete the Cost and Reimbursement Comparison Schedule(s); and provide training support to designated District staff for long-term sustainability, including the Random Moment Time Survey (RMTS) follow-up process, the direct service Medi-Cal billing process, and the reporting required for the Department of Health Care Services and as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of February 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00.
