Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement by and between the District and HERTZ Environmental, Inc., San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) consulting services which consist of assisting the District with preparation of pre-bid coordination, planning and contract specifications, prepare a SWPPP, conduct Qualified SWPPP Practitioner Site Inspection, Reporting, Training, Permit Monitoring and Stormwater Multiple Application & Report Tracking System (SMARTS), including all work described in the February 8, 2022 proposal, which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, for the Claremont Middle School Multipurpose Room and Kitchen Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $21,500.00, which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $3,000.00 for additional services, with work scheduled to commence on March 24, 2022, and scheduled to last until October 31, 2023.
